Each item is carefully checked before shipping. If however you receive a wrong item, we will of course replace it free of charge. If despite our strict controls you receive a defective item we will of course repair it free of charge. As we sell only brand new items produced on demand especially for our customers, we do not have any other return policy.
If, despite all our checks, we have sent an item other than the one you ordered or a defective product, we ask you to return it to us upon receipt after informing us by email
- Products must be in their original, unworn condition with no signs of use.
- All accessories, certificates, and original documents must be returned with the product.
- The original packaging must be preserved in its initial condition.
- Contact our customer service at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number.
- Carefully pack the product with all accessories in the original packaging.
- Ship the product to the provided address with the return authorization number clearly indicated on the packaging.
Inspection and Refund
A refund will be
issued after a thorough inspection of the returned product. We reserve the
right to deny a refund if the product does not meet the specified conditions.
Return fees will be the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error.
We only carry out an exchange if, despite our controls, you have received a defective item.
If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been sent there will be no cancellation possible.
