Refund Period

No refund except if we have sent a wrong item

Refund Conditions
  1. Watches must be in a new, unworn condition with no signs of use.
  2. All accessories, certificates, and original documents must be returned with the watch.
  3. The original packaging must be preserved in its initial condition.
Refund Process
  1. Contact our customer service at clients@swissluxurywatches.ch to obtain a return authorization number.
  2. Carefully pack the watch with all accessories in the original packaging.
  3. Ship the watch to the provided address with the return authorization number clearly indicated on the packaging.
Inspection and Refund

A refund will be issued after a thorough inspection of the returned watch. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the watch does not meet the specified conditions.

Return Fees

Return fees will be the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error.

Exchanges

No exchanges except if we have sent a wrong or defective item

OUR PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED FROM SWITZERLAND AND WE HAVE NO CONNECTIONS WITH COMPANIES ESTABLISHED IN CHINA OR HONG KONG.
