No refund except if we have sent a wrong item
- Watches must be in a new, unworn condition with no signs of use.
- All accessories, certificates, and original documents must be returned with the watch.
- The original packaging must be preserved in its initial condition.
- Contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number.
- Carefully pack the watch with all accessories in the original packaging.
- Ship the watch to the provided address with the return authorization number clearly indicated on the packaging.
Inspection and Refund
A refund will be issued after a thorough inspection of the returned watch. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the watch does not meet the specified conditions.
Return fees will be the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error.
